Our company was with Casper two, three years ago when a spunky little salesperson from a MAJOR vending service came in and offered me the world!! We can do this and we can give you that! I was pretty impressed, so I took her up on it and changed services (Note: Casper was doing nothing wrong and we were getting good service.) What a mistake!! Hollow promises and service issues brought me right back to Casper! The service is great, response time to issues is great and the follow up is great. I told Ron he can bolt the machines to the floor - we are not switching coffee and vending companies again!
